I have optimized my prompt at least 10 times, Finally, i am able to put up most of my conditions in the :-)

Hey ChatGPT, can you please make a weekly ayurvedic strictly vegetarian menu in a table form. The menu should have the following qualities.

  • I want to reduce my weight.

  • I want to increase my energy and my Prana.

  • Meals should be for summer of Pune, india

  • It should protect and nourish the jatharagni (digestion fire)
